How does the subscription work?

The Coloring Mail Club is a monthly subscription. Each month features a brand new theme with exclusive coloring pages and goodies mailed directly to you.

When is the sign-up deadline?

The sign-up deadline is the 6th of each month.Orders placed after the 6th will receive the following month’s bundle.

When does mail ship?

All mail is shipped the following week after the 6th.

*If the date happens to change for a specific month, I’ll make sure to communicate that!

 
Is tracking included?

No. Mail is sent as stamped letter mail, so tracking is not available.

How long does shipping take?

 Estimated shipping times:

• U.S.: 1–2 weeks (sometimes sooner)
• International: 3–6 weeks

Please allow additional time depending on your local postal service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available.

Please note that delivery may take 3–6 weeks.

How do I cancel?

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

What if my mail is lost or arrives damaged?

I want every package to feel special. If your mail does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact me at memecolorsclub@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help!
